Coming Oct 1, 2025. Group Basic membership will include a limited amount of group classes per week included with membership.

No restrictions. All the benefits of our 24/7 access to the gym as well as unlimited access to group classes included with monthly membership.

For the first time we are opening our doors to non-members to take part in our Group Fitness classes. Starting Oct 1, 2025. Classes must be booked in advance.

Saunas
We’ve added both a men’s and women’s sauna. It’s currently slated for completion in phase 3.

Juice Bar
We’ll be serving up fresh smoothies, protein shakes and more at our in-house juice bar.

Garage Door
We’ll be adding a garage door next to our group fitness area to incorporate some outdoor fitness into the classes.
